Dye Sublimation Print (Full Colour)
Best for printing all types of photographs and multi colour PC generated artwork.
A dye-sublimation print is a full colour printing process that uses heat to transfer dye to white synthetic materials. The printers are similar to inkjet printers in that they spray ink onto a sheet of paper, but the ink is actually dye-sublimation ink.
Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. The high temperature – from a heat transfer press – opens the pores of the polyester and allows the gas to enter. When the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state. The print then becomes part of the polyester.
Our high quality dye sublimation ink has excellent colour brightness and produces brilliantly crisp transfers.

Single Colour Screen Printing
Best for printing single colour corporate logos or messages on any of our standard neoprene fabrics.
Screen printing is a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a screen of polyester or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is forced into the mesh openings by the fill blade or squeege and onto the printing surface during the squeegee stroke. The ink passes through the open spaces in the screen onto the neoprene below. The printed piece is then heat dried at about 200°C.
We can match most Pantone C colours. It is also the most economical printing option if the budget is tight.
Multi Colour Plastisol Transfer
Best for multi coloured corporate logos where an accurate PMS colour is needed.
We print multi colour designs with plastisol inks, instead of printing designs directly onto neoprene, the design is printed on a special paper. The paper is heated after each colour is applied, and up to six (6) colours can be applied to one design. The resulting print is called a plastisol transfer, which is applied to the neoprene, and placed in a heat transfer press. The heat and pressure applied by the press forces the ink into the neoprene nylon. When the press is opened and the paper is peeled off the neoprene, the ink remains behind.
This is a more traditional multi colour printing compared to the dye sublimation prints.
