Fabric: Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE). Like Polyethylene, CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) is also a polymer, however it is produced through a substitution reaction between polyethylene and chlorine. This reaction gives CPE better water resistance, aging-resistance and chemical-resistance.
