Standard Delivery

All orders have a minimum freight charge of $22.00 inclusive of GST

In some circumstances additional freight charges may be necessary and you will be notified prior to the transaction being processed.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 1-5 working days unless the items are on back order. In this case you will be notified immediately of the estimated time of delivery.

Our delivery times for most products excluding those that require decorative work and printing are generally an extra 2-3 working days to major cities and 3-5 days for regional areas.

In the event that your order is required urgently, we can provide a quote for faster delivery.

Our standard delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you straight away in the rare case of a delay.

If your order is delayed for any reason a Work In It Sales representative will contact you immediately to advise of the delay.
